At Got IT All, our primary focus is on online sales and because we are a virtual shop we do not experience the overhead costs of a physical shop, this means that our prices are always kept as low as possible, giving you an added benefit of shopping online with Got IT All.
Occasionally it will happen that our suppliers are out of stock of a particular item - in this case, we will do our best to locate the item from alternate suppliers, or inform you of the expected delivery time if this information is available to us. You can make the decision based on that information to either cancel your order, wait for the stock to arrive, or replace with an alternative item. In extreme cases, the pricing could be different to those displayed on the site. When we place your order and notice that the price has changed, we will let you know what the new prices are before we commence with your order. While this does not always happen, please be aware that the possibility does exist due to the volatile nature of component prices and due to the extensive range of products we offer.
Please note that payment must only be made once we confirm stock for your order with our suppliers. Payment must only be made once you receive an email from Got IT All asking you to do so.
To keep our costs down and to provide you with better value, we do not keep products in stock at our place of business. Please note that we only deliver to our clients and you cannot pick up from our business premises.
We have partnered with MDS Collivery and we are able to deliver to any location SA. International deliveries are undertaken at Got IT All discretion.
*To ensure that your items are protected from any loss during delivery, an additional Shipping Insurance option is provided but not necessary. Please advise if you prefer this option. Standard insurance is up to R5000.
In general, delivery will take 48 - 72 hours (2 - 3 days). Same day delivery can be arranged in some cases at a premium rate excluding outlying areas.
We only accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Bank Deposits into any of our 5 Bank Accounts.
